I don't remember a time when my passion for animals didn't exist. Growing up, there was always a dog in our home—from Poodles and Labrador Retrievers to a stubborn little Shiba Inu. Each one helped shape the love and respect I have for dogs today.

My journey into the world of purebred dogs began with my French Bulldog, Nova. Through showing, breeding, and the guidance of incredible mentors, I developed a deep appreciation for preserving breed type, health, and temperament.

Although I've loved many breeds throughout my life, the Vizsla was always the one I dreamed of. I feel incredibly fortunate to have found Michelle of Rhapsody Vizslas, whose mentorship, friendship, and exceptional dogs—Ozzie and Mango—became the foundation of Driftmoor Vizslas.

 

At Driftmoor Vizslas, my goal is to preserve the Vizsla's legacy through thoughtful, responsible breeding. Every breeding is carefully planned with health, temperament, structure, and breed integrity at the forefront. Health testing is a cornerstone of our breeding program, and every dog bred at Driftmoor completes the recommended health testing for the breed, including OFA clearances and genetic testing where appropriate, before being considered for breeding.

Together with my co-breeder, we proudly raise litters in both Newfoundland and Ontario, giving every puppy the best possible start through early socialization, exceptional care, and a lifetime commitment to the families who welcome them home.

Above all, our dogs are family. They share our homes, our adventures, and our hearts—and it's our privilege to raise healthy, versatile Vizslas that embody form, function, and family.
